Processing Time

Most orders will be posted within a few days. However, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be packaged and posted. Postage options available include flat rate of $10 for regular domestic postage or $15 for Express Post.

Free shipping for all Australian orders over $100.

Please remember that selecting Express Post will not speed up processing times. If you need your order processed urgently, please email info@yumyumsbook.com to see if this can be arranged.

Parcels eligible for free shipping are sent without a signature required. 

 

Postage Issues

We take no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by Australia Post. Orders are updated with a tracking number and once shipped, postage delays and missing packages are out of our control. 

We post to the address provided by you for your order, and do not take responsibility for uncollected items that are returned due to the wrong address provided. 

For returned parcels by Australia Post you will be asked to pay to have the item resent to you.
